Don't waste ur time here , they collect all your information then will put u in a no timeframe and no answer email or phone calls , their process is very slow and weak management

On hold to speak to someone, I should have known the price was too good to be true because I'm seeing reviews that say the place isn't open and there's a waiting list. On Maps when you go to look at the directions it says the apartments are where the old Fish Market used to be, which is a big place so if that's where they're going to rent for $1400 I'll take it.

Do not call this place. They will not answer. But they will call you when they want to get a hold of you. There's no walk in. Appointment only.

I spoke to someone at the property they explained to me, that there is a waiting list of over 1000 people, their currently going down the waiting list, it's on a first come, first served basis. The process is by appointment only.They will contact you through e-mail with a calendar invite for an appointment once your name comes up. They just started contacting people for appointments that put their name on the list in September. You can go online to add your self to the list if you have not done so already. The building has no tenants as of 11/27/25.

these reviews are confusing I have been calling and emailing, no response for weeks.if this is a brand new complex how are there so many requests for repairs and reviews all 2 weeks old.
