Very pricey next to the mall next to Golfland the super rising small apartments

I scheduled a tour at 8:30 on their website, and when i got there, the only employee was a maintenance staff member who said they donât open until 10:00. Their website at the time let you choose any timeslot throughout the day, every 30 minutes. Months later, i check their site again and the website is redone, showing their new office hours as opening at 9:00 AM, with a different tour-booking system. I booked a tour for 9:00AM, and when i get there, thereâs nobody at the leasing office. A resident scanned their pass and got into the main lobby and I went in as well to try to find a staff member. Once i Finally did, I was told that they arenât accepting tours right now because there are no units available. Upon saying that the website let me schedule this tour, and that the website literally shows they have available units, the staff member said that all they can do is write my name down for future reference. This place is beyond unorganized, and I plead with you to not waste your time.

The soundproofing between floors here is honestly horrible. I can hear everything from the apartment above me, like footsteps, the vacuum rolling across the floor, closets opening and closing, basically every normal thing they do. When Iâm home, I hear thumping and vibrations throughout the day and it makes it really hard to relax. Iâve actually gotten headaches from constantly hearing and feeling the noise. Iâve lived in several apartments before and Iâve never had this problem this badly. I really wish I had known how poor the sound insulation was before moving in.

I have lived here for 5 months and I very happy here the staff are very friendly and supportive. The maintenance staff is very helpful they fix whatever issues that you might have.

Everything seemed cool till we ended up having to pay for someone else plumbing issue 650 dollars because they have shared plumbing pipes here and they told us it was tampons and pads that clogged the pipes but no one in my unit uses that since my wife is pregnant and has no need for that stuff and when we tried to set up a meeting with the property manager she kept ducking us and only sent us emails saying she was too busy to meet for 5 minutes to discuss the layout of the plumbing

I love this apartment complex! Within walking distance of everything you need! The staff is really nice and helpful, and the apartments are brand new, never lived in before!! The parking garage is gated and covered, too!
